    "body": "<p><strong>CHICAGO</strong> &ndash; The Illinois Department of Transportation announced today that fiber optics line work will require an overnight full closure of the Kennedy Expressway (Interstate 90/94) reversible express lanes. The closure will go into effect, weather permitting, 10 p.m. Friday, May 29, to 10 a.m. Saturday. </p><p>The closure is necessary to make final connections to communications lines that were replaced in March that relays traffic information and other data along the expressway system. \u200b </p><p>The public can expect delays and should allow extra time for trips through this area. Alternate routes are encouraged.
