    "body": "<p><strong>CENTRAL CITY</strong> &ndash; The Illinois Department of Transportation today announced that daily lane closures will be in place in both directions of U.S. 51 for approximately 4 miles between Central City and Sandoval in Marion County beginning Monday, May 11, weather permitting.</p><p>The closures are necessary for a resurfacing project. Flaggers will maintain two-way traffic during daytime hours. </p><p>The project is expected to be completed by the end of August. </p><p>Motorists should expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes during this closure.
