CARTERVILLE – Illinois Transportation Secretary Gia Biagi will be joined by local and state officials Thursday, Aug. 28, to celebrate the start of a $41 million project to improve and modernize Illinois 13. As part of Gov. JB Pritzker’s Rebuild Illinois capital program, the project aims to improve safety, reduce congestion and enhance regional mobility.
