    "body": "<p><strong>WOODHULL</strong> &ndash; The Illinois Department of Transportation announced that westbound Interstate 74 at the Woodhull/Illinois 17 interchange (exit 32) will close overnight Oct. 5.</p><p>The closure is necessary to install bridge beams and will begin at 10 p.m. A detour will be posted, and Illinois 17 traffic under I-74 will be controlled by flaggers.
