    "body": "<p><strong>SPRINGFIELD</strong> &ndash; The Illinois Department of Transportation announced a pavement overlay project on Stevenson Drive from Adloff Lane to the Interstate 55 ramps begins Monday, Oct. 5. The project is estimated to be completed by the end of the week.</p><p>Lane closures will be required for the completion of this project. \u200b Benefits of this project include an improved driving surface.</p><p>Motorists can expect delays and should allow extra time for trips through this area. Drivers are urged to pay close attention to changed conditions and signs in the work zones, obey the posted speed limits, refrain from using mobile devices and be alert for workers and equipment.
