    "body": "<p><strong>CASEYVILLE</strong> &ndash; The Illinois Department of Transportation today announced ramp closures at the Interstate 64 and Illinois 157 interchange in St. Clair County.</p><p>Beginning at 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, the following ramps will be closed to traffic:</p><ul class=\"release-content-list release-content-list--bulleted release-content-list--align-inherit\"><li><span>Illinois 157 to westbound I-64</span></li><li><span>Westbound I-64 to Illinois 157</span></li></ul><p>Weather permitting, all westbound ramps at the interchange are expected to reopen by 4 p.m. Monday, June 22.</p><p>Immediately following the reopening of the westbound ramps, the following eastbound ramps will be closed to traffic:</p><ul class=\"release-content-list release-content-list--bulleted release-content-list--align-inherit\"><li><span>Illinois 157 to eastbound I-64</span></li><li><span>Eastbound I-64 to Illinois 157</span></li></ul><p>All eastbound ramps at the interchange are expected to reopen by 4 p.m. Monday, June 29, weather permitting.</p><p>The ramp closures are required for road construction as part of ongoing improvements in the corridor.</p><p>Motorists should expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes during this closure.
