    "body": "<p><strong>SPRINGFIELD </strong>&ndash; The Illinois Department of Transportation announced that patching and repairs on the Ridgley Road bridge over Interstate 55 in Springfield begins Monday, June 1. \u200b \u200b </p><p>This project will require the closure of the bridge for the duration of the project. \u200b Benefits from this project include increasing the lifespan of the bridge and a smoother driving surface. Patching and repairs are expected to be completed in mid-August. \u200b </p><p>Motorists will need to use alternate routes.
