Illinois 23 closing at BNSF Railway crossing in Waterman on June 4
OTTAWA – The Illinois Department of Transportation announced today that Illinois 23 at the BNSF Railway crossing in DeKalb County will be closed for repairs beginning Wednesday, June 4. The crossing is located just south of U.S. 30 in Waterman.
The work is anticipated to be completed on June 14. A posted detour will direct traffic to use U.S. 30, Interstate 39 and U.S. 34.
