Illinois 49 closed at TP&W Railroad crossing in Crescent City

OTTAWA – The Illinois Department of Transportation announced today that Illinois 49 at the TP&W Railroad crossing in Crescent City in ​Iroquois County is closed for repairs. The crossing is located north of U.S. 24.

The work is anticipated to be completed on June 29. A posted detour will direct traffic to use U.S. 24 and U.S. 45.
